Pottery

I began my career in photography which gave me the opportunity to travel to Russia, Afghanistan, the Far East and into Australia.

It was in New Zealand that I met Harry Davis, a well-known English potter, who introduced me to pottery. On my return to England, I qualified in Ceramics and started my own studio, which grew into a manufacturing business supplying kitchenware to most department stores in the UK, as well as exporting.

However, my life has now turned full circle and I am back to studio pottery again. I use a crank clay as well as buff body to explore the endless shapes and forms, as well as developing new glazes, and I am totally enjoying the challenge.
